How long is the offer available?
The offer opens on 13 October 2011 and closes on 28 September 2012.
Who is eligible for the six months free Membership?
All non AIM Members who book and attend an AIM short course during the campaign period.
Who is not eligible for the six months free Membership?
You won’t be eligible for the six months free Membership offer if you are: • A current AIM Personal Member or an AIM Personal Member who is in renewal or who is overdue or lapsed • Identified as Selected Employee within an organization with AIM Corporate Membership • Completing a qualification or PPP as you will already have 12 months AIM Membership as part of your training program.
I am eligible for the offer, how do I take up the six months free Membership?
On the day you attend your short course, you will be sent an email which contains information and a link to an opt-in page where you can accept the offer. You will need to check and complete your details on this page and then accept the offer. You will need to accept the offer within 31 days of receipt of the offer email, to activate your 6 months free Membership. The offer will expire after 31 days.
Do I have to opt-in to have six months free Membership?
Yes, you do need to opt-in and agree to the AIM Constitution to take up the 6 months free Membership.
How long do I have to take up the six months free membership?
You will have 31 days from the date you attend your short course to accept the introductory membership offer by completing and submitting the opt-in form.
How long is the free Membership?
The free Membership is for six months. Your free Membership will begin from the date that you opt-in. You will receive information on how to opt-in on the day you attend your short course.
What does my free AIM Membership give me?
Your free AIM Membership provides you with: • Access to myAIM, AIM library and knowledge centre, • member discounts on events, books and training, • monthly Agenda e-newsletter, • voting rights.
When does my free Membership start?
Your free Membership starts from the date you opt-in to accept the free Membership offer. You will receive a confirmation email once you have accepted the offer. Your free Membership will be active for six months from that date.
Yes you will still be eligible as long as you book and attend a short course within the campaign period. You will receive an email inviting you to accept the 6 months free Membership offer on the day you attend your AIM short course.
Yes as long as you meet the eligibility criteria you will be eligible for the offer, however you will need to ensure that your email address is supplied to us by the booker or agent so that we can send you an invitation email.
I didn’t see the first opt-in email or I didn’t opt-in before 31 days?
The offer is only available for 31 days from the date you attend your short course after that time the offer expires. If you book another short course within the offer period you will have another opportunity to opt-in and accept the offer.
Can I take up the six months free Membership more than once?
No you will only able to take up the offer once. Once the six month free Membership expires you will need to purchase Membership to continue being an AIM Member.
Will I receive marketing material if I accept the six months free Membership?
Throughout your six months free Membership AIM will send you regular emails to tell you about the Membership benefits available to you during your six months free Membership and to communicate special offers. You will not continue to receive communication from AIM after your six months free Membership has expired unless you selected this option on the six months free Membership opt-in form. You can unsubscribe from AIM communications at any time.
