Senior managers and leaders are welcome to apply for Fellow or Associate Fellow status, which identifies you as part of an elite and nationally-recognised community of experienced business professionals.

About you Associate Fellow (AFAIM) Fellow (FAIM)

Role type

Manages departments servicing the overall operations of the organisation, where delegation to several managers is required. General executive management—chief executive/general manager—or management consultant to people at this level.

Experience

Five or more years at this level. Six or more years at this level.

Duties

Overall authority, probably at a ‘hands off’ level, for functions within a clearly defined state, subsidiary, segment or division. You may be delegating management authority to several staff carrying out the duties of an AIM Associate Fellow.
