 Associate Fellow*A Membership grade for senior leaders with five or more years of proven management experience in a position managing others in related functions, but servicing the overall operations of an organisation. Fellow*A Membership grade open to those with proven senior executive leadership experience of six years or more, who delegate management authority to staff at Associate Fellow level. RemoteThis is Personal Membership for those based outside of Sydney or Canberra, who rely more heavily on online resources. Under 30We encourage young managers to get involved in the AIM community, and our special rate for those under 30 can help you make it happen. Corporate PersonalA Membership awarded to a select number of employees, as part of an organisation's Corporate Membership. This Membership cannot be purchased individually but is provided to nominated employees of Member organisations.
