How it works
We evaluate roles based on our tried and tested four-point evaluation method—which considers criteria such as complexity, day-to-day function and decision-making authority—to determine the appropriate pay level based on current market rates. The updated list of these broad/specialised roles is published annually.

How it works
The software helps you to build your own library of evaluated positions by rating the role against four key evaluation factors (using our 17-point scale). It asks you specific questions about characteristics such as complexity, day-to-day function and decision-making authority.
