Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are the sessions and events at EXPO 2012 free?

Yes. All activities are FREE. The majority of activities are open to the public, with only a select few by invitation only.


2. How do I express my interest for an event?

Simply go to our registration page , select the events you are interested in, and follow the steps to register.


3. Can I attend an event if I haven’t registered?

Due to capacity issues, we may not be able to accommodate ‘drop ins’ at some events so it is best if you register to secure your spot. Otherwise, you can try your luck and drop in on the day – but places cannot be guaranteed.


4. Can I go to more than one event?

Yes, you are welcome to attend as many events as you like.


5. Can I bring friend?

Yes. We invite you to bring anyone who would be interested in EXPO 2012 and finding out more about AIM. Just make sure they register to secure their spot.


6. Where can I park?

Undercover parking is available at CityWest Carpark on Allsop Street, just around the corner from our new ACT headquarters at 14 Childers Street, Canberra.
