Neil RossNeil Ross has a passion for inspirational public speaking that developed during a career that spans over 30 years, and incorporates solving marketing and communications issues for some of Australia’s most valued brands and leading companies including QANTAS, McDonald’s, MasterCard and Johnson & Johnson.

Neil was the Group General Manager of Marketing for QANTAS from 2006-2008, and has been Managing Director of advertising agencies DDB Sydney, McCann Erickson Sydney, and one of Australia’s first integrated communications agencies, Smith Ross & Muir.

His passion for inspiring and persuasive speaking, coupled with his deep understanding of effective communication, stimulated him to create a one-day executive workshop titled: “The Art & Alchemy of the Inspiring Speech.”

The objective of the course is to help executives improve their real and perceived leadership ability through teaching the speaking skills that inspire, motivate and persuade the listener.

Neil’s keynote address today overviews some of the greatest speeches ever delivered, while explaining what made them so emotionally powerful.
