Timeframe

 

Approximately 12 to 18 months.


Structure

 

Three-day Applied Project Management program, skills assessment exam, two-day workshop. Nine core units. On completion of the whole qualification, managers may gain advanced standing into a Bachelor Degree at selected universities.


Assessment

 

You’ll be assessed through workplace projects, which require you to compile a range of evidence that demonstrates your competence.


RPL

 

Recognition of skills and knowledge gained through previous studies, work and life experiences may lead to advanced standing in this course.

Diploma of Project Management (Stage 2)
You will learn to develop and implement successful project plans for multiple and complex projects covering: project’s life cycle, scope management plans, tools, methodologies, budgeting processes, communication techniques, risk management techniques, and contract legislation and legal obligations relating to project management.
