This program is an incisive look at all aspects of project management, including essential techniques (integrated baselines) and useful tools (the WBS dictionary). Through specific case studies, you’ll learn to develop project charters, plans, and subsidiary project assessment, as well as exploring the project lifecycle from initial context and benefits to evaluation and analysis.


This program delivers the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) project management methodology.
