Cathy Adams is Senior Trainer at the Australian Institute of Management NSW. Her passions are people and learning. Cathy is keen to ensure that the learning experiences from her workshops have practical applications in the workplace and improve the attitude, performance and results of the participants.

Cathy’s previous work experience has been as a facilitator, business coach, salesperson, manager and educator. In her facilitation and coaching roles, Cathy has supported clients to improve their business and personal results. Cathy has delivered programs in areas including: Leadership and Management Development, Communication, Goal Setting, Prioritising, Business Planning, Time Management and Productivity.
